Susan Bentham is presently Head of Psychology at Bognor Regis Community College Adult Education where she teaches a variety of Psychology related courses. She has many yearsaEURO (TM) experience of teaching and training Teaching Assistants. She is the author of two books for RoutledgeFalmer and is currently working on a third book entitled A Teaching AssistantaEURO (TM)s Guide to Managing Behaviour in the Classroom.

Roger Hutchins is a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (Senco) at two Primary Schools.
