Steve Tappin is a Managing Partner in the Global CEO & Board practice of Heidrick & Struggles, a leading executive search firm. A recognized international authority on the CEO agenda, and himself a former CEO, Steve has over 20 years' experience of acting as an adviser, coach and talent partner to Global 500 companies. A sought-after speaker and commentator on the CEO agenda, he spent the early part of his career with ICI and as a partner at PA Consulting and KPMG.Andrew Cave is a financial journalist who has written for the Daily Telegraph since 1996, including three years in New York as US Business Correspondent and five years as Associate City Editor. He writes the weekly business profile in The Sunday Telegraph as well as other regular features for the Daily Telegraph.
