The author is a well-known figure in the advertising world. Having worked in a senior position for a number of major agencies, he set up and ran his own agency for several years, before selling out and setting up his present consulting firm, Northstar Partners. His career spans over 30 years working for blue-chip clients such as BMW, lastminute.com, The Body Shop, the Liberal Democrats and Honda.
