Written primarily for the dental auxiliary assistant, including hygienists and assistants, this textbook includes oral histology embryology, head and neck anatomy and tooth morphology, and can be used in any or all of these courses. Removable flashcards are also a feature of this book. Among the facilities provided are: several crossword puzzles; diagrams with parts to be labelled by the students; critical thinking activities; content review questions; conceptual knowledge exercises featuring case notes and short answer questions to test and evaluate students' understanding of fundamental concepts and skills presented in the parent text. Answers to all questions are printed at the back of the study guide. Also available are: a 400-question Testbank, included in the instructor's manual; a study guide consisting of over 500 review questions, including multiple-choice, fill-in-the-blank, true/false, and short answer.
