À propos de Paul Gayler

Paul Gayler is executive chef at the prestigious Lanesborough Hotel in London. His earlier books for Kyle Cathie, which include 'World in Bite Size', 'Pure Vegetarian', 'Hot! Hot! Hot!' and 'Flavours', have been translated into 10 languages and sold 500,000 copies worldwide. Paul has appeared on BBC2's 'Saturday Kitchen' and Radio 4's 'VegTalk', as well as being a judge on ITV's Chef of the Year. Jacqui Lynas BSc RD is a leading dietitian specialising in heart disease and a cardiology dietitian at the Conquest Hospital, East Sussex. She is consultant nutritionist for H-E-A-R-T UK and editor of their bi-monthly magazine, 'The Digest'. Jacqui also lectures both nationally and internationally and is the author of many publications and books for the health-care profession and popular press.
