An ideal book for beginners with step-by-step photography and easy to follow instructions aimed at young teenagers, but sadly no boys are featured here! This is odd since the author has dedicated the book to her two sons. Items to make include a pin cushion, a bag, a belt, cushions and decorative items such as hearts. Nothing looks too daunting, there are good 'Top Tips' throughout and the layout is colourful, attractive and inviting.
