À propos de Margaret Ford

Margaret Ford first discovered her interest in cake decorating at catering college in Aberdeen and subsequently expanded her skills alongside a master baker. She and her husband David created the CelCakes (C) specialist range of products - the yellow CelPad has become an essential in a cake decorator's workbox. Margaret travels extensively in the UK and overseas demonstrating her skills. Nicholas Lodge has achieved a great deal in his career with a fine list of credits behind him and experience working in several distinguished cake decorating companies schools. He now lectures and demonstrates all over the world while continuing to run his own cake decorating school in the USA.
