À propos de Malcolm Martin

Malcolm Martin has been involved in the design and delivery of Certificate in Personnel Practice programmes for ten years primarily at the training provider, MOL. Malcolm is also Managing Director of Employer Solutions Ltd, specialising in the preparation of employee handbooks for small and medium sized organisations and delivering training and consultancy services in employment practices. Tricia Jackson BA, MSc (Personnel Management), MInstAM, Chartered FCIPD is a freelance training and personnel consultant, specialising in employment law. Tricia has many years' experience as a generalist practitioner in both the public and private sectors. She is currently involved in tutoring on open-learning and college-based CIPD programmes, competence assessment, identifying and providing training solutions, personnel consultancy and representing clients at employment tribunals.
