Liz Willis cofounded The Springboard Consultancy with Jenny Daisley, both of whom are highly respected trainers and consultants. They became collaborators in 1988 and have worked together ever since. With a background in leadership and management development, Liz is a pioneer of women's management training and has coauthored five published books on various training issues.
