À propos de John McTaggart

John McTaggart served 16 years as a police officer in a wide variety of roles and continues to have a close association with the police service. He has been a Response Inspector for Cheshire Police, and commanded the Warrington Division Crime Car Unit and the Proactive Early Intervention Team. Before that, he served as a constable with Merseyside Police where he was heavily involved in training. He holds an MBA, and has police commendations for leadership and bravery. John pioneered the concept of assessment centre training for police recruits, and has successfully coached thousands of applicants into police careers. In 2001 he founded Talking Blues (www.talkingblues.co.uk), a national police recruitment coaching company.
