Ian Smith is a Barrister, former Clifford Chance Professor of Employment Law at the University of East Anglia and a former ACAS arbitrator. He is also General Editor of the practitioner text, Harvey on Industrial Relations and Employment Law (Lexis Nexis). Aaron Baker is Associate Professor (Reader) in Law at Durham University and has extensive experience as an employment trial lawyer. Owen Warnock is Professor of Employment Law at the University of East Anglia and is also a Partner in the Human Resources Group of Eversheds Sutherland. He is a Contributing Editor to the practitioner text, Harvey on Industrial Relations and Employment Law (Lexis Nexis).
