Brian Towers is Professor of Industrial Relations at Nottingham Business School and Emeritus Professor, Strathclyde Business School. He is editor of the Industrial Relations Journal. Michael Terry is Professor of Industrial Relations at the Industrial Relations Research Unit of Warwick Business School, European Editor of the Industrial Relations Journal.
