This is an A-level course concentrating on techniques and their practice rather than on theory. The exercises provide a spiral learning course where techniques and topics are repeated over and over. It answers the concern of teachers for the pupils to have concise and accurate notes on topics covered in class. Those elements of theory are provided with careful descriptions of the techniques using worked examples. Thus the pupils have sufficient notes for revision and the practice of skills. Exercises are graded to cover a wide ability range and past examination questions are given.
