Allan Ahlberg has published over 100 books, including the classic, Greenaway-winning picture books, THE JOLLY CHRISTMAS POSTMAN and EACH PEACH PEAR PLUM, illustrated by his late wife, Janet. Allan lives in London. Raymond Briggs is known for his innovative ideas. He has won numerous awards, including the Greenaway and Kurt Maschler, a BAFTA for the film of THE SNOWMAN and, most recently, Illustrated Book of the Year for ETHEL AND ERNEST. Raymond lives in Sussex.
