German text. Pages are moderately tanned with noticeable foxing throughout. Cracks to front hinge, exposing binding thread. Slight crinkling to paper at gutters, however binding remains firm. Thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have visible edge wear with corner bumping. Noticeable tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is darkened. Large splits to joints. Leather peeling with loss to spine, edges, and corners. Water marks overall. Book is slightly bowed and forward leaning.
