Mostly bent gutters but there are one or two cracked as is front hinge. Pages and map remain bright and clear with minimal tanning. Severely dog eared corners to back. Pencil inscription to front endpaper. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. There is bumping to corners and crushing to spine ends with fraying to cloth. Tanning to spine and front. Gilt lettering is darkened. Back board has fold to bottom corner; a dent to side edge and a couple of scuff marks.
