1953. No Edition Remarks. 303 pages. Beige dust jacket over red cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front. Pages and binding are presentable with no major defects. Minor issues present such as mild cracking front hinge, mild crinkling, inscriptions, annotations & marginalia and light tanning. Boards have mild edge wear with light rubbing and crushing. Some light marking and tanning. There is bumping to corners. Boards are bowed. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Clipped jacket has heavy edge wear with some areas of loss, heavy chips, tears and creasing. Tanning to spine and edges.
