Slight cracking to gutters with exposed netting to centre of book, pages remain unaffected. Pages have light tanning and foxing throughout. Frontispiece is lightly tanned with some foxing. Red stain to title page. Minor creasing to bottom edge of pages to rear of book. Previous owner's inscriptions to front free endpaper. Edges of text block gold-plated. Boards have heavy shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rub wear all over. Moderate crushing to spine ends causing fraying to cloth at ends. Staining overall with heavy rub wear to spine and wear marks overall.
