The first edition of Choice Words ranks at the top of my list of professional books for educators. Happily, the second edition continues to occupy that top spot. Although we sometimes wonder if we need a second edition of a book, I assure you that we need this one! Peter Johnston understands and illuminates the power of language in teaching and learning.
