Robert W. Lekowski is Residency Program Director at the Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine, Brigham and Women's Hospital and an instructor in Anesthesia and Pain Management at Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, USA. Richard D.
