This cookbook offers a collection of 250 recipes from the kitchens of the Good Housekeeping Institute. The recipes have been adapted for cooking in NEFF's circotherm fan ovens and they cover every entertaining occasion - from informal lunches for two to celebration dinners - and include recipes for every course, with chapters on soups and starters, fish and shellfish, meat dishes, light lunches, vegetables and salads, desserts and baking. Both beginner and experienced cook alike will find all the information they need for successful entertaining at home, including menu suggestions, tips to help the reader plan ahead and to help choose wines to complement the food. There are also cook's tips and hints on using the microwave as well as alternative microwave instructions on dishes. All recipes have been double-tested in the Good Housekeeping kitchens.
