About Fiona Murden

Fiona Murden is a chartered psychologist, performance coach, and has been awarded associate fellow of the British Psychological Society. She is a recognized authority on leadership assessment and has spent the last 19 years working with multi-national companies and advising global business leaders, policymakers and sportspeople on how best to fulfil their own and others' potential. She advises corporate and organizational boards across the UK, US, Europe and Asia Pacific on the behavioral probabilities associated with leadership hires, how to mitigate any risks, and the best ways to enable success.

Fiona has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Warwick University and a Master's from Warwick University Business School. She also has a Master of Science in Psychology, gained with distinction, from the University of London. Fiona is Managing Director of Aroka Ltd and founder of the charity Dot-to-Dot which aims to improve lives by accelerating the understanding of behavior across society.
