About Derek French

Derek French is the editor of Blackstone's Civil Practice and Blackstone's Statutes on Company Law. He is the author of Applications to Wind up Companies and Model Articles of Association for Companies. Prof. Stephen Mayson is an independent non-executive director with several organisations. He is currently appointed as Professor of Legal Services Regulation at the University of Law, Honorary Professor of Law in the Faculty of Laws at University College London and Visiting Professor at IE Law School Madrid. Prof. Christopher Ryan is Professor of Law and Associate Dean at the City Law School, City University London. He was formerly Head of Department at the City Law School and Chief Examiner for Regulation and Compliance for the Security Industry examinations of the London Stock Exchange.
