An interesting book which will help pupils learn about the six principal religions represented in the UK and their beliefs and practices, worship, holy books, pilgrimage and so on. `World Religions' is beautifully laid out with many colour photographs ...It is useful for `learning from' the six faiths, and due to it's layout, can encourage comparison between the faiths. This book will be very useful for pupils wanting a basic introduction and overview of the six faiths, focusing particularly on their practices, or for pupils researching information on certain themes, or wanting to compare practices of different faiths.
