Nancy is in Brooklyn, New York, to help her friend Zoe Krieger raise money for a local park. The fund-raiser's main attraction is a concert by The Raving Lunatics. But the group's lead singer is kidnapped and when Nancy investigates, she discovers that jealousy and greed are rampant.
