About Cabrelli

David Cabrelli joined Edinburgh Law School in June 2007 having previously lectured at the University of Dundee. Prior to that, he was in legal practice for six years, specialising in commercial and corporate law. David's research interests lie in the field of labour law, particularly the common law, and statutory regulation, of the contract of employment. He has published papers in a number of leading academic journals in the field of labour law, and his labour law research has been cited by the UK Supreme Court, The Hong Kong High Court and the Supreme Court of Australia.
