Pencil inscriptions to front endpaper and pastedown. A few dog-eared corners. Pages are water stained; colour from the boards has stained the edges of the pages. Text unaffected. Boards have some edge wear, with moderate bumping and fraying to corners; spine ends slightly crushed and frayed. Rather scratched, rubbed and marked overall. Slight splits to joints. Heavy liquid droplet stains overall. Spine is noticeably sunned. Book has a moderate forward lean. Gilt is bright.
