Über Tara Fraser

Tara Fraser has been practising yoga since she was six years old. She has studied under a wide variety of teachers from many yogic traditions and is a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Course Tutor. Tara is the founder and director of Yoga Junction in London where she runs regular classes and teacher-training courses. She is the author of three previous DBP books: Yoga for You, The Easy Yoga Workbook and Live Better: Yoga, and a contributor to Yoga for You and Your Child.
