Peter Coxon is a consultant psychologist focusing on personal and leadership development. He works globally with major blue chip companies and senior professionals coaching teams and individuals to improve their work effectiveness and life perspectives. He is a keen sailor, having completed several transatlantic voyages and runs team building workshops on his yacht Excellence II of Dart. His book Forward Thinking is a journal with a difference, using leading edge research on wellbeing, happiness and fulfilment, it is designed to help promote positive thinking and focus your view on life.
