Über Matt Skinner

Matt Skinner hails from Melbourne, Australia, where in 2002 he was invited by Jamie Oliver to head-up wine at Fifteen, and to teach the subject to its students. Over the years Matt has put pen to paper for publications such as Wine X, Decanter, GQ, and Delicious. He is wine editor of jamieoliver.com - one of the world's most visited non-commercial food websites - and is a regular on the popular TV programme Saturday Cooks, and on Food Uncut, and Great Food Live on the UK Food Channel. Matt lives, works, and plays in London.
