Margot Horspool is Emeritus Professor of European and Comparative Law, University of Surrey, and Professorial Fellow at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, London. Matthew Humphreys is Professor of Law and Acting Dean, Faculty of Business and Law, Kingston University. He is also Professor at the University of Notre Dame.
