Tooth and Claw Zusammenfassung

Tooth and Claw Lazlo Strangolov

Second volume of Lazlo Strangolov's tales of mystery, suspense and paranormal pets. Little Lumina loves her pet dog Scud, even though he is a partially decomposed zombie beagle from beyond the grave. But stranger things than this are afoot in the volcanic spa town which is home to Doctor Grubo's health clinic... What is the secret of the doctor's bodybuilder physique, and exactly what anti-ageing products is he testing in his laboratories? Are the townsfolk really seeing reanimated roadkill? And how do you walk an undead dog without attracting attention - not to mention flies? Scud may be a one-eyed corpse dog, but he can still smell a mystery - and he and Lumina will dig tooth and claw until they find the truth.

Tooth and Claw Bewertungen

What he has written is extraordinary ... Strangolov creates a sense of menace and unease. * Literary Review *
The humour throughout is darkest black, the style totally tongue-in-cheek and the whole concept hilarious. * The Irish Times *
A page-turner with darkly comic events... You won't be disappointed by this book. * First News *
