It contains an introduction explaining this type of prayer and how to use it both with groups and alone. This is followed by 30 meditations in 3 sections: 1)Developing the relationship (initial encounters with Jesus); 2)Obedience and discipleship (learning more and drawing closer); 3)The deeper relationship. Most of the meditations use a New Testament setting but others use a contemporary or even a dream setting.
