Sally Rumsey is E-Services Librarian at the London School of Economics and Political Science and formerly Academic Liaison Co-ordinator for the School of Arts at the University of Surrey Library. She has developed online training in library and information skills for undergraduate and postgraduate students. In 2001 she received the Daphne Clarke Prize for excellence in practitioner research.
