Books by Phil Scraton

Phil Scraton is Emeritus Professor at the School of Law, Queen's University Belfast. He was the lead researcher on the Hillsborough Independent Panel, and notably declined an OBE in the 2017 New Year Honours list in protest of the government's failures surrounding the campaign for justice after the Hillsborough Disaster. He is the editor of Beyond September 11: An Anthology of Dissent (Pluto, 2002).
