Books by Jessica Meserve

Jess Meserve was born in the US and grew up there and in the UK. She graduated with both a BA and an MA in Illustration from Edinburgh College of Art, and worked in publishing as a children's book designer before going freelance to pursue a career as an illustrator. Since then she has done a number of highly praised fiction jackets, including At the Firefly Gate by Linda Newbery, and black and white inside illustrations for fiction, including Keith Gray's Smarties Award Winning title The Runner (Random House), Drawing Together (Walker), Grandad and John (Walker). She has also illustrated India Knight's picture book The Baby (Penguin). She moved to Canada in 2004, and is now living in Edmonton, Alberta with husband and small baby daughter.
