Books by Elisabeth Scotto

Les Soeurs Scotto, Marianne Comolli, Elisabeth Scotto and Michele Carles have worked together for the past ten years creating recipes for a variety of French magazines including Vital, Cosmo, Cuisine et Vins de France and Gault Millau. They have also published a number of cookbooks, and have been passionate about cooking since their childhood. The Scotto sisters are constantly experimenting, adapting their favorite traditional recipes to suit today's styles and tastes -- their great interest being in traditional and modern French cuisine.
