Minor brown stains to a few pages. Boards have heavy edge wear with bumping to corners, scuffing and rub wear all over. Crushing to spine ends with splits and fraying to cloth, heavier to joints. Small areas of cloth loss to spine ends and corners. Water staining to both boards, and notable white stains to front board. Book has a slight forward lean.
