This book is aimed at changing women's thinking about self defence by teaching effective, high level defence techniques which will give them the confidence and the ability to fight back in the face of violent attack. 180,000 women are attacked in Britain every year but many still believe it will never happen to them; an attitude whih leaves them defenceless in the face of attack. In this book the author offers comprehensive and easy to learn defence methods and guidelines on prevention which teach women how to use body language and common sense to prevent an attack from taking place. The author interviewed women who have fought back and got away relatively unscathed and interviewed a judge to show how to survive legally. He also interviewed different types of attackers to discover the places and times someone may strike.
