About Maggie Beer

Until late 1993, Maggie and Colin Beer ran the much-loved Pheasant Farm restaurant which was the recipient of three hats in The Advertiser Good Food Guide and the winner of the 1991 Remy/Gourmet Best Restaurant Award. Maggie writes for the Adelaide Advertiser and Good Weekend and is in constant demand to appear as a guest chef around Australia.
