Over 50 per cent of all facilitation is now undertaken by facilitators working either in a pair or as part of a larger grouping, partly as a result of the switch to more learner-driven learning, and the shift in the role of the trainer to provider of guidance rather than of instruction. This text offers trainers the practical advice necessary to undertake and maximize the impact of co-facilitation.
