Grown-ups don't believe you can be in love when you're only thirteen. Tracey's Mum says she'll grow out of it, but Tracey knows her love for Paul will last forever. Then one day Paul disappears, taking with him his little sister Lily, and Tracey discovers that Lily is handicapped and that Paul is hiding a terrible secret about his family.
