Paper remnants to pastedowns, with small water marks to rear. Noticeable black and brown marks to pages, however text remains readable. Boards have visible edge wear with corner bumping. Moderate tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is darkened. Noticeable splits with fraying to spine ends. Heavy water staining with visible black marks overall. Book has a slight forward lean.
