Scuffing and mild tearing to edges of pages throughout. Some pen inscription to title page and scores. Binding is slightly shaky. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Leather peeling to all surfaces, with noticeable scuffing and scratches overall. Water staining to boards. Heavy splits and loss to spine ends.
