1871. Second Edition. 269 pages. No dust jacket. Brown cloth with gilt lettering. Front endpaper & frontispiece detached but present. B&W illustrations throughout.Minimal foxing and tanning to endpapers and page edges. Both hinges cracked, thus the boards are slack. Some gutter cracking. Mild wear and bumping to spine, board edges and corners, with scuffing and marking to boards. Minor sunning to spine. Small splits (approx. 1cm) to spine ends.
