Some pencil marginalia throughout. Binding is shaky. Boards have heavy edge wear with bumping to corners and rub wear all over. Leather peeling to spine and corners, with noticeable scuffing and scratches overall. Almost complete loss to paper to boards. Leather to rear board is coming away from boards.
