Pen inscriptions to front endpaper and slight dog-eared pages throughout. Major tanning to text block edges and rear hinge is cracked with exposed netting. Visible water marks to rear pastedown and endpaper as well. Cracking to the guttering and some of the pages are coming away from binding. Boards have visible rubbing and moderate bumping to corners. Fair crushing to spine ends as well.
