Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. A few dog-eared corners. Boards have heavy edge wear, with bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are slightly crushed. Scratched, rubbed and marked overall. Heavy water staining and white mottling. Gilt is bright. Book has a slight forward lean.
