Previous owner's inscriptions with ownership label to front endpaper and pastedown. Water staining to frontispiece, bottom edge of text block, and gutters. Text is legible. Visible black markings with mild brown staining to pages on occasion. More pronounced towards the end of the book. Occasional chipping and tearing to edges of pages. Mild tanning with noticeable foxing throughout. Boards have heavy edge wear with corner bumping. Large area of loss to spine with bottom half missing. Visible sunning overall with markings and staining. Minor loss to title label present to front board. Book has a slight forward lean.
