Summary
A story about Montague Mad-Rat who lives in a sewer in New York city. His life is sheltered until he meets Isabel Moberly Rat. When Montague realizes that her home will soon be turned into a car park, he plans to act immediately to save Isabel and Ratdom, and win her love at the same time.
